Shelby Beery, DNP, FNP-C

Nurse Practitioner

Shelby Charmaine Beery DNP, FNP-C, grew up in Jordan, MT on a farm where her family instilled the values of family, community, and religion.  She grew up learning about these values and has come to fully appreciate how important they are in every aspect of her life.  She went to college in Bozeman, MT for her undergraduate nursing degree in 2011.  She graduated with her BSN-RN in 2015 from Bozeman and moved back to Circle, MT after she married Brett Beery in June of 2015.  Brett and Shelby have 3 children, Avery (8), Saylor (6), and Huk (2) who are the light of their life and definitely keep them busy.  Shelby started working at Glendive Medical Center as an RN in their critical access hospital in 2015 to 2019.  In 2018 Shelby started working at the McCone County Health Center as the clinic RN until July 2024.  In August 2021 Shelby began her journey to become a nurse practitioner through Bozeman’s Doctorate program.  In May 2025 she graduated Bozeman with her Doctorate of Nursing Practice and started working at McCone County Health Center July 2025.  Shelby has a passion for rural medicine and is excited to be apart of the MCHC team.
