Fred Kelly II, FNP

Nurse Practitioner

Fred is married to his wife Cha and together they have 4 children Ayla (22), Hunter (21), Carter (14), and Penelope (10). Fred is originally from a small township in Michigan where he grew up until his 9th grade year. His family then moved to Louisville, Kentucky.  He entered the medical field as a second career. After serving 12 years in the United States Army with multiple combat tours as an Armor Crewman and later Weapons Specialist.  He started his medical career as an Emergency Room medical scribe for ER doctors while attending nursing school at the University of Central Florida. He then became a nurse assistant in the same Emergency Department. Upon graduating with his bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Central Florida in 2013 he accepted an RN position at that same Trauma Center. While working as an RN he furthered his education obtaining his master's degree in nursing with magna cum laude honors at South University Tampa in 2016. Upon graduation he was honored to accept an Emergency Medicine Residency at Advent Health East Orlando. Upon completion of residency, he practiced in multiple Emergency Room's and Level 1 Trauma Center as a Nurse Practitioner. During Covid-19 Fred extended his learning and pursued an internship with a trauma based internal medicine group in Ocala, FL. After completing that tenure he co-founded a family medical practice group in Lake Mary, FL. Longing for continued growth he embarked on the path of rural health landing him in Circle, MT back in 2022.  Fred enjoys nothing more than spending his time with his wife and kids traveling, fishing, riding motorcycles, and helping others achieve their dreams and goals.
